This is an invitation-only program for our younger Rock Solid Gymnasts, ages 5-8, and is the second step on our fast-track program. Similar to our sparkler program, this program is designed to accelerate learning with the focus still on strength and positioning. At this level, we start to introduce more advanced concepts and advanced skills that will lead to future competitive successes.

Our competitive teams are by invitation only and are for the athlete who has decided they want to be more serious about the sport of gymnastics. At this level, gymnasts have the opportunity to represent Rock Solid Gymnastics by attending competitions in South Carolina and surrounding states. Currently, we offer USAG Compulsory & Optional programs and an AAU Xcel program.
