 This is an invitation only program for our youngest Rock Solid gymnasts, ages 4-6. This program is designed to accelerate learning in a fun, progressive atmosphere with the focus on strength and positioning, two critical components of a future gymnast. 

 This is an invitation only program for our younger Rock Solid Gymnast, ages 5-8, and is the second step on our fast track program. Similar to our sparkler program this program is designed to accelerate learning with the focus still on strength and positioning. At this level we start to introduce more advanced concepts and advanced skills that will lead to future competitive successes. 

Our competitive teams are by invitations only and are for the athlete who has decided they want to be more serious about the sport of gymnastics. At this level, gymnasts have the opportunity to represent Rock Solid Gymnastics by attending competitions in South Carolina and surrounding states. Currently we offer USAG Compulsory & Optional programs and an AAU Xcel program.
